Our efforts to find peace and self-fulfillment can
be successful through self-awareness, introspection
and processing.

I have worked and specialized in several areas of therapy. However, my experience working with trauma, has revealed that trauma is the key connection to several challenges in our personal relationships and various life stressors.

Art Therapy is an ideal modality to reach a higher level of awareness in a non-threatening manner. EMDR assists with re-processing potentially damaging and traumatic experiences of our past. With a willingness towards self-awareness, both modalities can be utilized to achieve ideal adjustment. My experience in trauma-work continues to motivate me to seek modalities that can assist with ameliorating discomfort and angst. Creative problem solving, in addition to uncovering and working through trauma utilizing art therapy directives and EMDR can move us forward in our lives.

Therapy is the best work you will accomplish in your lifetime.

A variety of therapy modalities can assist with the self-exploration process
in a manner that feels comfortable and safe, leading to those
‘a-ha’ moments that can be so enriching.
