In this special self-exploration event, Amy Borst, LMFT, ATR-BC, LPCC will guide you through an exploratory reminder of your inner sanctuary. Using art directives and an art therapy lens, you will be allowed an opportunity for inward contemplation and self-care. This meaningful event will provide a reminder of your inner resources for support, relaxation, and strength.

Participants can use materials they have on hand, although accessing markers, or colored pencils is encouraged.
